Returns are accepted within 7 business days of purchase and only if
merchandise/products are in the original packaging with any tags and
security seals still in place.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and any paid postal/carriage charge is non-refundable unless goods are deemed damaged or faulty prior to having been shipped.
Item must be in UNWORN/UNUSED/UNDAMAGED condition & returned with all original packaging.
All returns need to be accompanied with a RETURN Number, please email us with "RETURN" in the subject line to receive a number.
If you wish to EXCHANGE an item, you must purchase the new
item first and we will refund you for the returned item upon receipt of
it. Unfortunately, we are NOT able to hold merchandise for exchange.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be exchanged or returned. Please contact us to find out which items are accepted.
