Order processing and shipping.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after processing for orders to be shipped. Orders shipped from Severin Fetish Toys will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days from the date the purchase was placed.
Many of our products are limited in quantity due to the bespoke manufacturing process. We will ship on a first come first serve basis.

Orders placed prior to 12:00 noon will be processed that same day (Monday through Friday). Orders received after 12:00 noon will be processed the next available business day (in the order that it was received).

All orders will be dispatched in plain packaging to ensure your privacy and discretion at all times.

Here at Severin Fetish Toys we try our best to accurately display our inventory availability during your shopping experience at all times. If in the event the item you purchased is no longer available, we will notify you via email, upon which a full refund or a store credit can be given.
